We have just finished the building process with ValueBuild and are waiting on the final paperwork to move in, but we are thrilled with our experience with ValueBuild and appreciate our designer in helping us pick the Yadkin and modifying it to meet our family’s needs on the front end of the process. Our actual build time was right at 90 days and under budget which blew us away! Everything was handled professionally, but we still felt as though they cared about us as a family. We love our new home and can’t wait to make many new memories in it!
Our start with ValueBuild was extremely rocky but after speaking with the COO Alan Shapiro and him making everything right we decided to move forward with them. Ron Talley began our home and his timeline was spot on! He’s a straight shooter and told us exactly how our build would go! At the start of drywall Matt Perkins came in and he was absolutely awesome through the remainder of our build! We have a gorgeous home and they did a fantastic job! They finished on budget as well!
We are so happy and excited about our new home. They did a great job and very pleased. They went above and beyond helping us with our build. Lee our builder was awesome and did a fantastic job. Don our sale person did great answering questions and talk with us being our first time building a new home. I highly recommend Lee and Don to talk to if you would like to build. I had the most wonderful, awesome, kind, and friendly experience ever with this company. Mr David Porter was awesome definitely knew his stuff, kept his word, and was with my family and I from the start. Mr Don Mead was awesome as well very helpful and all were patient. Mr Paul and Mr Rick definitely helpful and on point when it came to the business making things happen. This team of gentlemen made it possible for my family and I to have our forever home and a place for us to call home. I’m forever grateful to them all at Value build for making this possible.
Great company everyone we worked with was very helpful. Chris our builder went above and beyond to make sure we was happy and everything was done right. If for some reason I ever had to build another house I would definitely go back threw value build.

We cannot thank Value Build for building our beautiful home! It was such a seamless process from start to finish thanks to the help of Danny and David! Danny was amazing in helping design, answering ALL of our questions and assisting in all things planning. Once we got to the building stage, David was extremely helpful and kept everything on schedule. With a few minor changes in the schedule or build, he kept us in the loop with everything and gave great advice on any decisions that needed to be made. We would highly recommend this team to build your next house!! We love ours!
